Take the Arthur Liang Bridge if you are coming from Vancouver. 

Follow the signs that direct you to South Terminal.

You will veer right.  If you continue straight you will end up at the airport.

Continue toward South Terminal. 

Follow the signs that indicate Richmond via #2 Road and go over the bridge.

Stay on the right hand side and exit right before the stoplight.

You should see a Chevron gas station.  This is #2 Road and Westminster Highway.

Continue west on Westminster Highway until you reach a dead end and a 3 way stop.

Turn right and take the second left.

Continue traveling west untill you reach 2631. 

The project is in the right hand side.  Sorry not much signage.

If you hit a dead end you have passed the entrance by 100 meters.
